I know firsthand how easy it is to get stuck in limiting beliefs like “What’s the point?” and self-sabotaging patterns that keep you playing small. For years, I thought these patterns were just part of who I was — until I began to uncover and heal the overlooked trauma and limiting beliefs I absorbed from my early experiences.

With personal experience and professional expertise, I’m here to guide you on your journey to healing.
